This distillation adapter is a combination of a claisen adapter and a 3 way thermometer, used in distillation apparatus to connect a distilling flask or distilling column with a condenser.
With 24/40 standard taper joints providing a leak free way to connect other lab glassware with joint,in a steam or vacuum distillation,the 75 degree angle side arm joint will be used to connect to a liebig or west condenser.The lower male joint used to connect a distilling flask or distilling column;The upper female joint may fit a powder funnel or additional funnel for material filling.
With a compression thermometer cap used to fit a plain thermometer or bleeding tube.
